A Carteret County native and West Carteret High School graduate, Julie has embraced a new adventure in real estate after 25+ years as an educator in the Carteret County School System. Julie graduated from ECU in 1993. She has two children, Kalen and Ryan, who attended Croatan High School and NC State University.
As a lifelong learner, Julie has recently obtained her insurance license and notary certification—not to work in those fields, but because she loves expanding her knowledge and understanding different aspects of business that can better serve her clients. Through years of teaching, she has built strong relationships within Carteret County, the community she grew up in and loves.
